Today’s victims: Congressman Gary Miller R-CA42 and Congressman Jim Himes D-CT4. Both are members of the House Finance Committee, however, Gary Miller is the last Republican member of the committee who is not a cosponsor of HR 1207. I think that means we should try extra hard with him, as he will fall into aligning with his party members!
